TRUST
Also: train running system, train movements, movements feed
Network Rail’s system that records when every train reaches its timing points.
TRUST follows each train against its schedule. When a train arrives at, leaves or passes a timing point, TRUST records the time and how early or late it was.
Many of these reports are made automatically from the signalling, through the Train Describer. Some are typed in by people.
TRUST also records when a train is activated, cancelled, reinstated, or starts from somewhere other than planned. Network Rail publishes all of it as the train movements feed.
